Located at 182 Pinebush Road in Cambridge, this project reimagines an existing two-storey building through a comprehensive interior renovation and façade renewal. Encompassing 20,600 sq. ft. of medical space, the design introduces a modern, inviting presence while supporting a diverse range of healthcare services under one roof.

Working closely with the building owner and individual medical specialists, the design team developed tailored, staff-centric environments that prioritize efficient workflows and patient comfort. Each tenant space is carefully planned to reflect specific operational needs while contributing to a cohesive overall experience.

The ground floor accommodates a mix of community-focused services, including a pharmacy, hearing clinic, and various medical specialists. These spaces are organized for accessibility and visibility, creating a convenient and intuitive experience for patients.

On the second floor, a large family physician practice is designed to support high patient volumes, featuring 18 consult rooms, nine private doctor’s offices, and a bright, open waiting and reception area. Adjacent to this, a physiotherapy and wellness clinic includes nine treatment rooms, four offices, and its own welcoming reception space—providing a calm, supportive environment for rehabilitation and care.

With its updated façade and thoughtfully planned interiors, Pinebush Medical establishes a strong identity as a modern healthcare destination. The project brings together a wide range of services in a cohesive setting, enhancing both provider efficiency and the overall patient experience.
