We’re Reinders + Associates Ltd, a multi-disciplinary consulting firm. For over 58 years we’ve provided architectural and engineering services to our clients. We design public and private community buildings, churches, schools, commercial facilities, mid-high rise residential buildings, and more. We’re well-known for our quality work and excellent service, and most of our projects come from repeat clients and referrals. As a result of our success, we’re looking to make a growth hire in our core structural team.

LOCATION
Our office is centrally located in Milton, easily accessible from the 403 or 407 Highways, and most of our clients are local to us.
PERKS
In additional to your paid time off, we have an office closure between Christmas and New Year’s, summer hours (our office closes at 3:00pm on Friday’s), reimbursement for relevant courses, and opportunities to grow professionally with the company.
HOURS
Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm, with flexibility as needed to meet project deliverables.

Senior Architectural Technologist
DETAILS
Position: Architect/Intern Architect/Architectural Technologist

THE POSITION
As our newest member of the Architectural Team, you’ll be involved in the full-cycle design process. From initial design drawings, all the way through to implementation, your work will contribute directly to the success of projects.
This position offers exposure to an exciting range of architectural challenges, from mid-rise and high-rise residential developments to intriguing institutional/religious buildings. Additionally, you will have the chance to work on projects of varying scales, from small renovations to large complex multi-use developments.
Balancing a fine attention to detail and a collaborative spirit, your work will pave the way for our company’s success. Beyond your technical ability in design and drafting, you will need to be familiar with Ontario Building Codes and the development process including Site Plan Approvals, Zone Changes, and Building Permits.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
· 8+ years of experience as an Architect/Architectural Technologist/Intern Architect
· Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also within a team environment
