Design Approach & Key Features

The building’s mixed-use design enhances the urban streetscape by introducing ground-floor retail that promotes pedestrian activity. Above, four floors of self-storage units efficiently utilize the upper space, while underground parking and interior loading bays streamline the tenant experience.
