As one of the world’s leading hardscape manufacturers, Techo-Bloc expands into Southwestern Ontario with the construction of its new 90,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Ayr. This new facility marks a strategic move to establish a physical presence in the region and support growing market demand. Equipped with state-of-the-art production equipment, the facility will employ more than 75 people once fully operational and serve as Techo-Bloc’s Ontario headquarters.

The two-storey office space houses sales and administrative teams and features dedicated training facilities for Techo-Bloc’s network of retailers and landscape installer customers. The building’s exterior combines insulated metal panels, reflective glazing, and fiber-cement cladding, creating a bold, modern design that integrates seamlessly into its former quarry surroundings.

With its new Ayr facility, Techo-Bloc reinforces its presence in the Ontario market, boosting production capacity while creating a vital hub for training and operations. This facility reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to quality, innovation, and customer service.
