The expansion to Southgate Church introduced a large prefabricated steel structure addition that provided a cost-effective solution for the growing congregation and its evolving community needs. Designed to support both worship and fellowship, the addition includes a 550-seat sanctuary alongside a 2,500 sq. ft. foyer featuring café areas, fireside rooms, classrooms, and a large indoor children’s playground.

To complement the church’s state-of-the-art audio-visual system, the project also incorporated expansive green rooms and dedicated AV support spaces. These thoughtfully planned areas enhance both the worship experience and the functionality required for modern church programming and events.

The exterior design features accent panels, expansive curtain walls, and welcoming canopies that elevate the appearance of the prefabricated structure while creating a seamless connection between the existing facility and the new addition. The result is a cohesive architectural identity that reflects both functionality and contemporary design.
